A while back I went to a pedal pop-up where eight pedal companies got together in one space and you could try out all of their effects.
All of those companies make bass pedals and not one company brought a bass to test the pedals with, just guitars.
If you’re a bass player like me, you’ve unfortunately found that effects for bass usually get put on the back burner, and even if companies call them “bass pedals”, they usually fall short for what a bass player needs in a bass pedal.
So here we are.
Backburner.
